6.17.2014 LilMissStyle: Turban Tuesday

Well aside from some occasional instagram posts, can you believe it's been close to a year since I did a outfit post?? Crazy, I know!
So I been battling with the whole turban trend on and off on for a while. I always loved the look on other girls but just didn't know exactly how to make it work for me. With graphic tees and relaxed denim (especially these DIY jeans) being among my favorite staples, I thought it would be a great idea to join the three pieces. Also, to glam up the look a bit I decided to sew a rhinestone pendant from a old necklace onto the turban. Im not much of a DIY type of girl, but I have to admit between the jeans and the turban im pretty pleased how they both came out. Let me know below if you want a little tutorial post on how I did both.

Paris France Tee // UO (*old)
Jeans (DIY'ed) // Thrifted
Turban (w DIY rhinestone) // Ebay
Accessories // c/o Guess Watch (watch)
Shoes// Unknown

LMS Tip 3 - Try something new: Never be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try out new styles. If you're on a budget start out with one simple accessory like sunglasses or jewelry. Not only is it fun, but it's always a great way for discovering your individual style.
